Congratulations! You have a student attending Stanford University. We have hosted parents and family members for many years. They all enjoy the convenient location and relaxing atmosphere.

Events that fill the hotel:

• Freshman Orientation Week - September
• Homecoming Weekend - October
• Parent’s Weekend - February
• Commencement - June

Graduation weekend fills up at least one year in advance. It is wise to reserve your room as soon as possible.

Guidelines & Requirements:

• Three day minimum. The stay must include Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
• No discounted rates are available.
• A contract will be sent out six months prior to commencement.
• Payment for the three nights is required in February.
• One month cancellation notice is required to avoid any penalty.

The Stanford Terrace Inn work with the Stanford Hospital & Clinics and have agreed to provide contracted rates for their patients and their families.
